Prices are FOB Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. Smyrna, TN, unless otherwise quoted. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices are stated in commonly accepted units, including but not limited to square feet, linear feet, or pieces in the case of decos or trims. Our selling quantities are based on coverage since many tiles are manufactured in meters and our sizes are normally listed in square feet.
Sales are on a pay and pick up basis (COD) or layaway deposit. Payment for layaway services must be paid within thirty (30) days of sale or else the order will be canceled and customer will be charged a twenty-five percent (25%) handling fee. In the event that payment received by Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. is returned “NSF”, a charge of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) will be billed and collected. If legal action is necessary to collect payments owed, the creditor’s country will be the venue for litigation. We are entitled to collection of applicable expenses and all reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
Orders held in Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. warehouse for more than four (4) weeks will be charged a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per pallet per month until fees accrued are equal to the invoice total amount at which point the order will be canceled and no credit or refund will be given.
Shade variations are inherent in all kinds of fired products such as ceramic tile and porcelain. Manufacturers try to maintain consistency within each sorted lot, but no guarantee can be made that an identical match will exist from one production to another. Therefore, samples can only be considered to be a close approximation of product, unless specifically noted otherwise.
We cannot accept claims made after installation for any materials said to be incorrectly sized, shaded, or packaged – “USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE”. Customer is responsible for inspecting all materials prior to installation. All discrepancies should be reported immediately. Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. cannot be held liable for any installation or replacement labor claims. Since our terms are FOB our warehouse, legal possession of all purchased materials commences once materials are loaded into customer’s vehicle or common carrier; therefore, any claims for damage in transit are your responsibility or should be taken up with the carrier. Claims for shortages, breakage, or other errors during shipment must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours, otherwise this sale ticket will be considered correct.
As a courtesy to the customer, Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. will place materials in the customer’s vehicle, but shall not be held responsible for securing materials. The customer is responsible for properly securing all materials with appropriate restraints. Affordable Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles due to improperly secured materials.
No returns will be accepted after sixty (60) days from date of sale. No returns will be accepted on special orders, setting materials, or tools. All returned goods must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns are subject to approval. In the event that we accept your return, no refund will be given, only store credit. All returns will be charged a twenty-five percent (25%) handling fee. All returns must be brought to us FREIGHT PREPAID.
